Hosting (Lovable)

This website is delivered via the Lovable platform (operator: Lovable, see lovable.dev). The infrastructure includes servers inside and outside the EU. The domain itself is managed by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur (Germany). When accessed, technically required data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) are processed and stored in server logs for a maximum of 7 days.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure provision). Data transfer to third countries is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR).

Backend & Database (Supabase)

For contact forms, application uploads, and SolaNews content, we use Supabase (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore / Hosting Region: eu-central-1, Frankfurt). The data entered in the respective form as well as technical metadata (IP address for spam and abuse prevention, rate limiting) are processed. Storage duration: Contact requests will be deleted at the latest 12 months after completion of processing, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation of contract) or lit. f (legitimate interest in IT security). AVV concluded. Supabase Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Application Upload (Supabase Storage)

Documents uploaded as part of the application process (CV, cover letter, certificates) are stored encrypted in Supabase Storage.

Legal basis: Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 para. 1 BDSG (data processing for the purposes of the employment relationship). Documents will be deleted at the latest 6 months after the application process is completed, unless you have expressly agreed to longer storage (e.g., talent pool).

Email Dispatch (Resend)

Der Versand transaktionaler E-Mails (z. B. Bestätigungen, Antworten auf Kontaktanfragen) erfolgt über Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Verarbeitet werden Empfängeradresse, Absender, Betreff und Inhalt der E-Mail sowie technische Versand-Metadaten.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen) bzw. lit. f (effizienter E-Mail-Versand). AVV abgeschlossen. Resend, Inc. ist unter dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

Schriftarten (Bunny Fonts)

Wir nutzen Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 4208 Šenčur, Slowenien/EU) als datenschutzfreundliche Alternative zu Google Fonts. Es werden keine Cookies gesetzt und keine Daten an Google übertragen. Schriften werden zusätzlich lokal vorgehalten.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (einheitliche, performante Darstellung).

Reichweitenmessung (Google Analytics 4 – nur mit Einwilligung)

Wir nutzen Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland) zur anonymisierten Reichweitenmessung. Das Tracking wird ausschließlich nach deiner aktiven Einwilligung über unseren Consent-Banner geladen. IP-Adressen werden vor jeglicher Speicherung gekürzt; Google-Signale und gerätübergreifendes Tracking sind deaktiviert. Aufbewahrungsdauer der Analyse-Daten: 14 Monate.

Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO und § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG. Die Einwilligung kannst du jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft über den Button „Cookie-Einstellungen öffnen" (im Footer jeder Seite) widerrufen.

KI-Dienste (Lovable AI Gateway)

Für die mehrsprachige Übersetzung unserer Website nutzen wir das Lovable AI Gateway, das Anfragen an Sprachmodelle von Google (Gemini) und OpenAI (GPT) weiterleitet. Übermittelt werden ausschließlich die zu übersetzenden Textinhalte sowie eine anonymisierte Session-ID. Nach Angaben von Lovable werden die Inhalte nicht zum Training der zugrunde liegenden Modelle verwendet. Anfragen werden zur Qualitätssicherung bis zu 30 Tage gespeichert und anschließend gelöscht.
