QCG – Qualification Opportunities Act
With the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG), companies can have their employees undergo targeted further training – with subsidies for course costs and sometimes also for wages.
Who is supported?
Employees whose professional activities can be replaced by technologies or who are otherwise affected by structural change. AI competence explicitly falls into this category.
What does the Employment Agency cover?
- Up to 100% of course costs (depending on company size)
- Partial reimbursement of wages during further training
