SOLANIUS wird Mitglied im HUMAINE Network e.V.
Mathias Hallerbach participated in this year's spring fair of the Competence Center Humaine at the O-Werk Bochum on MARK 51°7. On the former OPEL site, which today exemplifies the technological and structural transformation in the Ruhr area, the focus was on current research findings and practical perspectives on human-centered Artificial Intelligence.
A special highlight was the opening of the new exhibition "Route of the Future. Work in the Pott", inaugurated by Bochum's Lord Mayor Jörg Lukat. The exhibition makes the transformation of work in the Ruhr area tangible and connects research, application, and societal perspectives. The connection to the Makerspace of the Ruhr University Bochum, whose head Florian Welsandt impressively showed how spaces for experimentation bridge the gap between science, technology, and practice, was particularly exciting.

Deep Dive: KI in der Personal- und Führungsarbeit
💡 Particularly inspiring was the deep dive into AI in HR and management with Prof. Dr. Verena Nitsch, Prof. Dr. Uta Wilkens, Prof. Dr. Annette Kluge, and Dr. Valentin Langholf.
Our key takeaway:
Human-centered AI in HR and management starts with the real support needs of employees. From there, AI competencies are systematically built and work processes are made more effective.
This is not just about efficiency, but also about responsibility: actively addressing the burdens of digital tools, making meaningful use of freed-up time, and designing work in a health-promoting way.

**Our central takeaway:** Human-centered AI in HR and leadership starts with the actual support needs of employees. From there, AI competencies are systematically built and work processes are designed more effectively. This is not just about efficiency, but also about responsibility: actively addressing the burdens of digital tools, using freed-up spaces meaningfully, and designing work in a health-promoting way.
As part of the spring fair, SOLANIUS was also officially admitted to the network of the HUMAINE Network e.V. We are very pleased to be able to actively contribute our perspective on AI-supported further training, transfer to SMEs, and responsible implementation of GenAI in the future.
