When we started six months ago, our plan was clear: to be a regional provider in the Ruhr area, close to our customers. But Artificial Intelligence as a topic develops its own momentum, fundamentally changing education, work, and organizations at breakneck speed. This development does not stop at national borders. The questions companies come to us with are similar – whether in Oberhausen or Graz. The solutions are too. So why not learn from each other?
That's why we are committed to an internationally oriented cooperation with the great team of Thomas Feier from SOLANIUS Austria.

We are convinced: the challenges and opportunities of AI can only be sustainably addressed in the European context. Through joint projects, knowledge transfer, and cross-border cooperation.
Together with our Austrian partners, we are developing cross-border training formats and exchanging experiences.
But as boys from the Ruhr area, we naturally remain locally rooted: what we learn in Europe, we also implement here on the ground. For companies and people in the Ruhr area.
